**What a Technical Specialist does in HP**:

- Collaborate with Process Engineer and Equipment maintenance team to on resolving MEMS SGP system and network issue escalation.
- Leads and manage MEMS SGP PC fleet and VRT program.
- Carry out work activities with strict compliance to all standards (e.g. ISO9k, ISO14K and RBA) set by the department.
- Liaise with vendors either in Singapore or other countries for parts and fabrication.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement projects to achieve breakthrough cost, productivity, and efficiency.
- Work with IT teams to work on Project Implementations.
- Develop and drive Smart manufacturing initiatives like IIOT, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), & Digitalization.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or with 3 years relevant experience.
- Competency in computer hardware and software. Able to code and create script.
- Experience in wafer fabrication manufacturing.
- Good teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
