Gig Life Pro is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data-Driven Product & Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will bridge the gap between data and product strategy, leveraging your analytical skills to inform product decisions, optimize user experience, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Acquisition and Management**:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and collect relevant data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness through cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
- Maintain and organize data infrastructure for efficient access and analysis.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct various data analyses using statistical methods and tools.
- Create insightful reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to internal teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to support informed product decisions.

**Product Strategy and Operations**:

- Partner with the product team to translate data insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Participate in user research and analyze user behavior data to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into actionable features.
- Contribute to managing the product development lifecycle, including backlog management, prioritization, and providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Participate in user testing and provide feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.

**Technical Skills**:

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and automation to streamline data collection and analysis processes.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools for data-driven experimentation.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in a data-related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience (e.g., Business Administration, Product Management).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, product management, or a related field. **Fresh graduates welcome to apply**:

- Proven track record of successfully contributing to product development.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex data problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript (including familiarity with HTML and CSS) is a strong plus.
