- Co-steer RIC with Marketing head to activate innovation cycle in APAC
- Prepare for successful launches taking balance between various market needs and capabilities of regulatory, supply chain, packaging and portfolio LCM.
- Foster digital/disruptive innovation through close communication with relevant internal teams like ES Enabling Technologies team/CP Incubate team and external partners.
- Represent business need/priority for APAC in the global meetings (GSC, Innovation Forum, TSP, ex-FS LT, Community meetings, etc.)
- Work closely with Regulatory Science team to maintain current portfolios’ registration for baseline growth
- Monitor regulatory trends, identify benefits and risks, and develop mitigation plan when needed.
- Support country’s stewardship program planning & implementation.
- Engage with regional technical stakeholders to bring better policy direction to our strategy
- Share and learn the best practice/idea within APAC MD Community through regular technical meetings.
