The Sales Enablement Business Analyst will play a key role in the JLL Work Dynamics Sales Enablement team in APAC, and also globally, to support and manage programs and initiatives, information, and insights to sales teams in APAC. The person in this role will support and manage strategic programs, own and manage the APAC Solutions & Proposals SharePoint site, and support sales-related training programs and courses all for the benefit of Work Dynamic Sales teams across APAC. This role will be based in Singapore.
**Key focus areas include**:
**Win Loss Debrief Program**: manage the APAC portion of this global program identifying closed opportunities in Salesforce that meet the criteria to participate and liaise with the sales leads, global counterparts and the 3rd party partner. Participate in appropriate win loss debriefs as required. Provide APAC specific insights and analysis on a quarterly basis.
**APAC Solution & Proposals SharePoint site**: own and manage the APAC S&P SharePoint site ensuring that it is up to date with relevant information. Add new tools and resources as required and work with content owners to update expired information and resources
**Solution, Proposals & Pricing Quarterly and Annual Stats**: prepare the quarterly and annual stats showcasing the depth and breadth of support the Solution, Proposals and Pricing teams provide to the Work Dynamics Sales teams across the region which can they be presented to key stakeholders in APAC and globally
**Must Win Program**: support the roll-out and management of the Must Win program in APAC (TBC)
**Sales Training**: support face-to-face and online sales training programs across the region helping to co-ordinate set-up and running of training sessions
**Client profiles**: act as the single point of contact and coordinate with OneJLL Research team and our Sales team to manage requests for client
Sales Enablement / Solutions, Proposals & Pricing Communications: build quarterly update / newsletter to distribute to Sales team, Sales Enablement and Solutions, Proposals & Pricing teams and key stakeholders. Pull key wins for the quarter from Salesforce plus add in links to key wins for LA and IFM. Identify specific
**Other Sales Enablement projects**: support and manage other sales enablement projects as required including refreshing of Orientation materials and supporting the Prospecting / Clawback programs
