**Job Description**:
The Director, Sales Enablement and Productivity will maximize GTM effectiveness by determining and solving GTM / sales representative, BDM, CSM and manager training needs. In this role, you will develop and refine content delivery, methodology, procedures, systems, and tools to help support the success of the GTM teams.
As the lead for APMEA, you will work closely with the APMEA sales and GTM leadership team to identify, prioritize and deliver enablement needs for the region. You will report to the Global Sales Enablement Delivery leader, and work collaboratively with the Enablement content team to ensure the needs of the region are met.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
- Manage the APMEA enablement, including onboarding and continuing education. Manage team of 2 - 3 people responsible for delivery.
- Consult with APMEA GTM leadership to prioritize, design and execute enablement delivery. Ensure alignment between the new hire onboarding program and ongoing training initiatives.
- Create and deliver innovative enablement techniques and strategies to maximize retention of content. Drive retention through reinforcement.
- Provide regional feedback to the global content development team to optimize enablement assets and curriculum.
- Improve the following metrics: Ramp time of new sales employees, sales efficiency, employee retention, and overall training ROE/ROI.
- Promote compliance and dedication to our sales process across Sales, Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and CSMs.
- Host video conference workshops, ad hoc enablement and in-classroom training sessions. Provide additional office hours and support as needed.
- Partner closely with marketing, product and SE teams for the delivery of market positioning, messaging and product capabilities as part of solution content such as key sales plays.
- Develop a cadence to continuously deliver enablement to improve knowledge, capability, and competency.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years within SaaS industry and 3+ years in a sales enablement role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior track record of success within a sales / GTM organization
- Strong organizational skills with evidence of successfully running concurrent projects
- Passion for training and the learning environments that you create
- Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with mínimal direction
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, and current sales learning and development trends
- Strong written, verbal, and social skills
