About The Role

As Director of Enablement for APJ, you’ll lead sales excellence across one of CrowdStrike’s fastest-growing regions. This strategic leadership role combines sales expertise with enablement best practices to accelerate team performance, reduce ramp time, and contribute to stopping breaches across the Asia-Pacific and Japan markets. You will foster a culture of learning and growth across our APJ sales teams, driving regional consistency in execution and delivering coaching, mentoring, and enablement that develops capabilities and productivity through effective use of sales tools, skills, techniques and methodologies. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Field Enablement.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy, process and proven sales methodology.
  • Build and implement annual and quarterly enablement strategies by working with key stakeholders, assessing needs, and leveraging data.
  • Make data-driven decisions to identify learning gaps and develop/deliver coaching plans to improve productivity.
  • Align with leadership on strategy and focus areas and secure buy-in around execution.
  • Work with sellers to strengthen techniques and identify improvement areas through coaching sessions, training, deal reviews, etc.
  • Organize, coach/prepare, and evaluate for sales readiness assessments.
  • Facilitate one-to-one and group coaching, virtually or in person, to drive continual learning and up-skilling in sales techniques.
  • Ensure consistency of methodology and identify opportunities to improve existing training content.
  • Collaborate with leaders to build processes that reinforce key learnings.
  • Provide continuous feedback, reporting and ongoing communication of enablement strategy and programs to sales managers.
  • Identify and nurture emerging leadership talent, feeding content and training gaps into curricula or programs.

Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and ramp time

  • Collaborate with enablement and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques, including application-based learning.
  • Build credibility as a seasoned sales coach to mentor sales reps and leaders on sales process, methodology, and qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC).
  • Transform sales mindsets and skills through onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
  • Provide feedback to curriculum design to keep content up to date and relevant.
  • Support the build and monitoring of sales certification processes.
  • Assist in content creation and drive training utilization.
  • Develop repeatable programs to improve yield and monitor results.
  • Create assets and processes to increase sales productivity and standardize the sales motion.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging both business and technical personas in virtual settings.
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales or sales leadership experience in complex selling environments.
  • Recognized capabilities/certifications in leading sales methodologies and coaching frameworks (MEDDPICC).
  • Ability to influence, assess needs at all levels, and translate findings into actionable coaching.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Strong time management and project management skills with a track record of delivering programs.
  • Willing to travel internationally, when necessary and safe, to facilitate training programs.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing and implementing a Sales Methodology.
  • Multilingual skills (English and other languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SFDC/Clari and defining sales content for relevant stages and activities.
  • Experience with enablement platforms featuring mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust tracking/reporting.
