**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise and coordinate between customers, the factory, and ICS.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries about shipping issues.
- Issue shipping certificates.
- Prepare outbound documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, insurance policies, and other certificates.
- Negotiate LC bank documentation, prepare, and check all shipping documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Maintain documentation related to shipping activities.
- Perform filing and scanning of documents.
- Handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ensure accurate provision of information in shipping systems.
- Provide general administrative support to departments.

- Minimum O-level/Business Studies or Logistics.
- IT savvy.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
- Knowledge of PO, SO, DO, invoicing, PFI, invoice preparation, and L/C documentation.
- Team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to start work within short notice or immediately.
