
Key Account Operation Executive

**Job Description:
This role will handle Key Account operations for all Semicon customers and manage new lane / account implementation as well as manage SOP creation and/or update. The incumbent will attend to all customer reviews and provide adhoc quotations as well as manage customer billing and end to end operations planning.
**Quotations**
- Provide ad-hoc quotation to customer, origin and/or destination
- Work with Tender Management team on new RFQ
**Documentation & Reports**
- Create and update SOP for new lanes and/or business when require
- Ensure reports are sent to customer in time with accurate data
- Prepare monthly, weekly and/or daily report for customer
- Attending customer business review
**Quality Management**
- Submit 8D to customer in timely manner when requested by customer
- Coordinate 8D information input from relevant origin/destination
- Ensure corrective & preventive actions are efficiently implemented
- Update work instructions when necessary
- Audit preparation and follow up (internal + external)
**Account**
- Articulate account performance internally & externally
- Attending to customer query
- Compiling and submission of region billing to customer
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Equivalent
- 5 years in 3PL or handling logistics operations
- Experience in Semiconductor operations and customer management
- Knowledge of Airfreight & Seafreight
- Proficient in microsoft office
- Proactive individual with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and overseas counterparts
