- Under Regional Sustainability team, you will be responsible for conducting Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emission Accounting and developing decarbonization roadmap for Lazada Group.
- The Sustainability team is a highly dynamic team that shapes the overall sustainability strategy, guides resource allocation, and coordinates the modular teams’ work on a given issue. The team works with diverse functions such as logistics, finance and commercial team. This is a high exposure role with frequent interaction with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Key tasks and responsibilities- Key focus: Conduct yearly GHG Accounting and Reporting together with Alibaba team. Collect data from various function and set up an internal GHG Emission Tracking Portal.
- Key focus: Develop Lazada’s decarbonization roadmap and execute decarbonization initiatives in local countries.
- Interpret data from multiple sources and make actionable recommendations
- Ensure and foster strong collaboration across different business units
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in sustainability

**Job Requirements**
- 7-12 years of work experience
- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, data-oriented
- Passion for sustainability and creating impact in Southeast Asia’s e-commerce ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders at various levels of the organization and execute cross-functional projects
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Agile and adaptable to constant changes
- Knowledge and previous experience in ESG, GHG Protocol and reporting a strong plus
