- about 1 hour ago- We are currently working with one of the largest diversified real estate groups in the region to look for an Engineering & Sustainability Senior Manager (EHS/QA) to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. - Develop, review and implement Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) processes and procedures in operations to ensure hazards and risks level are addressed.
- To lead and ensure the Operations team complies with the EHS standard in accordance with Group’s EHS management system framework.
- To conduct EHS internal audits/ inspection with operations team and working with Operations Team on any rectifications.
- To conduct EHS and IA training.
- Work on environmental sustainability initiatives/solutioning which include implementation and reporting.
- Act as BU representative to work with corporate department on sustainability matters and initiatives.
- To support building owners on sustainability reporting in accordance to GRI standards & GRESB.
- To provide work plan to the Safety Council including liaising with Operations Team in executing the work plan.
- To conduct technical audits at single lease properties to ensure maintenance standard and authorities compliance are met and work with tenants for rectification for any non-compliance.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Sustainability or Safety, Health and Environment Workplace Certification
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Built Environment industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in EHS management e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 and compliance such as WSH, Environmental Protection and Fire Safety legislations, Codes of Practice and Singapore Standards.
- Fluent in spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
