Description:

ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Senior Manager within our Secure Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit. This role is based at our Jurong East Building and is an integral part of the Project Management Office

As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the successful delivery of secure infrastructure projects that align with our company's strategic goals. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure that all initiatives meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from initiation through completion within the Secure Infrastructure Solutions BU.
  • Develop and implement robust project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to the security solutions domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security, operations, and business units to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and budget monitoring, ensuring optimal utilization and project profitability.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster professional growth and high-performance culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in information security and infrastructure technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management and external clients showcasing progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or information security projects within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with secure infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards.
