- about 1 hour agoWe are currently working with one of the largest diversified real estate groups in the region to look for an Engineering & Sustainability Senior Manager to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. **Responsibilities**:

- To lead and provide technical and operations support to Property Management teams
- To lead a team to assist property management on the testing & commissioning of M&E systems for new developments
- To plan and execute regular site inspection and health check on M&E equipment to ensure equipment are in good condition
- To provide technical advice and prepare technical specifications for M&E equipment upgrading/replacement works in collaboration with contract department.
- To advise Owner on the operating cost of equipment and operation in the building
- To plan and manage M&E upgrading projects
- To support building owners on the feasibility study of engineering solutions and conduct life cycle costing to improve productivity and efficiency
- To advise on the design of ACMV systems and M&E services to achieve operational and cost efficiency
- To periodically review the electricity contracted capacity for managed buildings and provide recommendation to Property Management teams on cost avoidance
- To oversee and manage the Green Mark certification/re-certification of Buildings
- To advise building owners on environmental sustainability matters
- Work on engineering and environmental sustainability initiatives which include the

implementation of the solutions
- To train and provide guidance to engineering and technical services team
- To develop goals and strategies to support organisational objectives
- Other duties may be assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Minimum 10 years of working experience on ACMV and BMS systems
- Experience in Energy Management and Audit
- Familiar with Chiller Plant and air-conditioning system operation
- Familiar with Green Mark certification framework and assessment criteria
- Fluent in spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
