**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated Operations Project Specialist to support various operations projects, system optimizations, and ensure seamless business and IT transformation within the bank. You will be the key point of contact for managing project requirements, testing, and troubleshooting system issues across operations, working closely with the Head Office and IT departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and propose solutions for operations project requirements, including system optimizations, transformations, and new developments.
- Organize and conduct all testing phases for operations projects and liaise with Head Office and IT departments.
- Collaborate with BAU staff to understand daily business processes and system procedures.
- Investigate system errors in daily operations and provide timely resolutions.
- Serve as a backup for BAU functions and support operations when needed.
- Manage clearing systems, including SWIFT and MEPS+, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Head, Deputy Head, or Assistant Chief.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in Operations BAU.
- Proven experience in managing operations projects and conducting system testing.
- Strong knowledge of global and local clearing systems (SWIFT, MEPS+).
- Familiarity with operations processes such as treasury settlement and loans.
- Meticulous with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
