**Responsibilities**:

- Planning of APAC regions’ operational digitization projects together with business users and IT department
- Lead assigned projects/ initiatives
- Gathering of user requirements and perform business analysis
- Establishing, managing, and controlling of project schedules and deliverables
- Effective communication with related depts such as Head Office, IT, APAC branches and other related stakeholders are necessary for the effective planning and implementation
- Standardization and optimization of Operations between Branch and SSC
- Review and streamline requirements and assess quality, validity and effectiveness of proposed solutions together with IT teams
- Manage issues and providing resolution promptly

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with min. 7-10 years of experience in the banking sector or banking related project experience with a consulting firm
- Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
- Solid understanding of the core banking products and life cycle
- Understanding of Banking Business, especially back-office operations or risk management departments with a view on key control points
- Good understanding of banking regulations and sound awareness of risk management within the APAC region
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across various stakeholders and corporate levels
- Ability with data/numerical analysis
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multi-task concurrently
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to team members and relevant project stakeholders
- Collaborative and maintain positive working relationships with departments
- Willing to travel within APAC
