**Role Overview**: We are looking for an experienced Banking Operations Specialist to support our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client requests, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of client service and confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage client requests and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Use technology tools to automate and improve efficiency in operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Protect client privacy and ensure data confidentiality.
- Proactively identify and prevent potential risks to the bank.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree, preferably in banking, finance, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in bank operations, ideally in wealth management.
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle processes, including documentation, screening, and changes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
- A strong risk management mindset with a logical approach to analysis and issue resolution.

**About the Role**: You will support both Singapore business operations, specifically handling Client Lifecycle & Transactions operations. This includes areas like:

- Onboarding and offboarding clients
- Name screening and Know Your Customer (KYC) preparation
- Payments and asset transfers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to $4,300.00 per month
