**Overview**

The HR/Admin & Account Officer is responsible for managing the full spectrum of administrative activities and account tasks to support the HR/Adim & Finance Team to do their jobs. The HR/Admin & Account Officer works independently in a functional role, as well as part of a collaborative team. In this individual contributor role, the job holder will report direct to the Hong Kong HR/Admin dept. Your work might span across local or regional scopes and projects.

Management of site office daily operation, office supplies purchase, stationery, equipment, etc.

Support the spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, employee record management and staff relations events.

General accounting works, Prepare cheques issue and payment vouchers. Provide support to the seniors to ensure timely completion of month-end closing and financial reporting. Assist in general administrative work. Responsible for staff expense reimbursement and petty cash, etc. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in spoken English and Cantonese
- Independence, be responsible, proactive, willing to learn, can work with minimum supervision, a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage
