Singapore BEM SINGAPORE PTE LTD Full time

We are currently looking for experienced HR & Admin Officer to join us in this newly created role in support of our business expansion. You will report to the HR & Admin Manager and provide support to full spectrum of HR & Admin activities as follows:

- Supporting the HR & Admin Manager in the smooth running of the Singapore office, you will also gain exposure to different aspects of the company, including vendors and facilities management, finance and operation.
- You will also ensure new employee onboarding and orientation are in place and get ready necessary new-joiner materials and work tools.
- You will also be part of the office team in maintaining office equipment (eg. network printer and copier) and negotiate for contract renewals.
- You will handle all work pass matters, staff insurance, staff welfare and benefits administration and update of personnel information.
- You will assist in ensuring Time Sheets are submitted before the deadline.
- Beside the above, you will assist with other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Note**:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business or related field.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience.

**Salary**: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
