HR and Admin Officer

**Responsibilities**:
**HR Role**
- Reporting to the HR Manager
- Required to update and accurate maintenance of Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Hospitalization leave and employee records.
- Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues if required.
- Assisting with external payroll processing, calculating of timesheet. And prepare monthly Leave balance reports and reconciliation
- Supporting new hire onboarding and exiting process for internal employees.
- Ability to perform payroll tasks related to the input and reconciliation of timekeeping data, new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation, and benefits payouts, in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Liaise with MOM on audits and required reports
- Process renewal of Medical Insurance and Workmen’s compensation policies
- Coordinate employee training requirements and monitor training hours
- Prepare employee internal communications
- Monitor completion of performance reviews
- Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.
**Admin Role**
- Replenish of pantry and office supplies and maintain office cleanliness and handle building and office facilities
- Manage well as renewal of contracts of suppliers/vendors for office facilities
- Receiving of guests and answering of incoming calls
- Receiving and deployment of company mail/courier services as needed
- Coordination of transport/hotel requirements of visitors
- Handle the General expense claim, sales expense claim processes and vehicle registration requirements
