**Responsibilities**:

- To handle operation calls
- To perform daily paperwork, invoices, raise jobs
- To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required
- To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting To collect cash from Customer Service Advisors and submit to Corporate Office

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant experience in handling admin / customer service Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
