UX Researcher

As a UX researcher, you will work in cross-functional teams to understand user needs, behaviors & emotions, and shape experiences that showcase our products' capabilities around our users' individual digital lives.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Content Strategists, Engineers, and Product Marketers to identify knowledge gaps in our understanding of the user experience and design research to solve these gaps.
- Conduct primary research across the product's lifecycle - from discovering new opportunities and prototyping new features to developing go-to-market strategies and evaluating experience & impact post-launch.
- Use qualitative (e.g., interviews, observations) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, product data) to identify patterns and triangulate insights.
- Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into product direction, goals, and actions.
- Actively contribute & build out UX research operations, e.g., tooling, documentation & repository.
- Increase customer empathy in the organization through creative methods, e.g., conducting customer exposure hours & insight-sharing sessions.

**What we'd like you to have**
- In-depth knowledge of a range of research methods and the ability to decide when to use which methods.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and synthesize complex ideas into a clear message.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver user insights with data and storytelling, to inspire your colleagues to join you in solving these challenges.
- Ability to zoom out to see the big picture and strategy, and zoom in to pay attention to the details and deliver high-quality work.
- Confidence but also a willingness to learn; we want to learn from you and with you.
