**What you’ll be doing**

As a Sr. User Researcher, you will:

- Extensive used of mix research methods to gather quantitative and qualitative data to further enhance and understand our users,
- Scope and execute research studies with the ability to choose the right method considering the pace of the environment,
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, proactively involve designers, project/product managers in the research process and building trust and confidence with client with your formidable client research,
- Collaboratively in designing hi-fi mockups and prototypes using Figma or any other equivalent design tools,
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and ideation sessions with various stakeholders,
- Champion UX Research and UX Design by keeping abreast of the practices and trends,
- Provide Mentor the design team to help them grow their UX research skills,
- Writing short articles, case studies on our research process, project journey,

Who you are?
- 3+ years of experience as an UX Researcher or equivalent
- Experience in Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience in running UX Research with a cross functional team
- Experienced problem solver and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a small team to deliver quality design projects
- Experience in building and managing a small team of researchers and/or UX Designers
- Proficient in various usability testing tools and design tools
- Possess strong communication, collaboration, as well as presentation skills Have an online or offline portfolio that demonstrates your research participation and thought process
- Fluency in Figma or any equal design prototype tools
- Familiar with UX Collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro

Bonus points
- Have written research or UX related articles in UX Planet, Medium
- Enjoy working in a lean and curious team
