**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in daily business support and operations of manager’s
- Participation in work/materials to support marketing and events tasks
- Outsourcing of new resources and ideas to carry out projects for the manager
- Manage excels, accounts and data-entry
- Manage clientele accounts and schedule meetings, appointments for manager
- Handle administrative documents and preparation of business meeting slides
- Support in company’s expansion plans
- Assistance to plan for events, campaigns and online marketing
- Spontaneously on the lookout for recruitment sources, developing and executing of other initiatives to gather leads for manager’s interview
- Able to undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities and any other ad-hoc
- Strong Microsoft office skills (e.g., excel, word, powerpoint)
- Strong in verbal and written communication
- Efficient and effective in time management
- Ability to adapt fast and multi-task well
- Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
- Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and resourceful
- Good initiative and effort to see project to a good finish
- Strong organisation skills and meticulous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
