**Key Responsibilities** About the Role**

This role is responsible leading all aspect of deal execution including due diligence, project coordination, negotiations, structuring and Board level engagements with respect to strategic investments and related projects.

The role will drive such other strategic projects as may be identified from time to time by management, including but not limited to post-investment assessment and strategic optimization and reorganization initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and review valuation models, validating the key assumptions and taking into consideration the value critical DD findings
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and various scenario analysis to stress test the valuation model to support an optimal transaction strategy
- Engage, guide and lead the respective internal teams (e.g. IT, ops, finance, tax, human capital) on areas of diligence focus, findings / risk mitigation plans
- Manage various external professional advisors to facilitate due diligence process, assess the impact of the DD findings, and explore mitigation plans
- Engage / manage / guide the various internal workstreams and external advisors
- Engage and guide internal workstreams and external advisors to review transaction documents and assess impact / risk

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- More than 10 years working experience in the aviation industry and possess various roles and experience in the industry.
- Preferably with some overseas work exposure to emerging markets (e.g. China, India, SEA, Middle East).
- Ability to work with cross-functional business teams to identify fundamental business drivers and risks to those drivers, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse groups and senior-level management
- Be very detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
