Job description:

As part of the Changi East Safety function, you will join the team responsible for ensuring that construction works and related activities are conducted safely in compliance with aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations compliance and requirements. The team ensures safety by leveraging various means, ranging from culture promulgation to the development and deployment of digital interventions.

Job Description:

  • Project management of multiple on-going systems, ensuring stable operations and system availability, meeting service level agreements (SLA), and supporting issue resolution.
  • Perform day-to-day operations support for systems (e.g., handling user access issues, responding to user enquiries, monitoring system health, escalating technical problems to vendors).
  • Support the transition and planning for O&M phase, documentation, user training, and operational readiness checks.
  • Understand and gather technical and operational requirements from internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to inform enhancements or new features.
  • Perform statistical analysis and reporting to gain trends and insights on key data (e.g., incident statistics, system usage).
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot issues and follow up on fixes or upgrades.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' of relevant working experience. Work experience in WSH-related role is a plus.
  • Basic statistical and data analysis skills; able to create trend reports and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
  • Good communication and presentation skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance daily operations with project tasks.
