**Key Responsibilities** About the Role**

This position will be part of the Digital and Automation team responsible for delivering automation solutions using RPA tool (such as Uipath), Sharepoint and Microsoft Power platform to digitize and/or digitalize business operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with Technology Business Partner and business to understand existing operation processes and assess areas for automation as improvement opportunity
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify scope for and mapping out the To-Be process enabled by automation
- Co-create and review business requirement documents
- Engage and collaborate with relevant supporting function teams (e.g. Supporting vendors, Architect, Infrastructure) on planning, design, solution and implementation
- Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes
- Manage issues and risks associated with the projects, including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
- Manage communication with stakeholders to provide timely updates
- Maintain and organize project information and data in designated repository with proper control and governance
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Foster an automation community within the organization by sharing knowledge and best practices on various automation tools with team members and stakeholders

**Key Requirements** KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in System Information, Computer Science, or equivalent Information Technology disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of Business and / or Systems Analyst or IT Project Management experiences
- Proven experience in analyzing business requirement and process mapping
- Possess analytical, systems analysis and solutioning skills
- Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience working on automation projects is highly desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for different levels of stakeholder management
- Able to work independently and interact and work effectively across functional teams
- Experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous
