**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting to the APAC Regional Security Manager, the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager is responsible in supporting the Regional security manager for providing security support across a wide range of businesses in Asia Pacific, for people and assets and operations. The incumbent will assist in the management of Regional Security functions and assist in the planning, developing, implementing and maintaining SATS Security Management System.

**_ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_**
- Assist with tactical & strategic security support to APAC aviation security and physical security operations.
- Assist to establish and maintain seamless interface with APAC management and operations. Work closely with various SATS BUs to develop a security culture and continuously improve on security performance and to reduce incidences and its associated cost
- Assist in the analysis of security exposures and assist to implement cost effective passive, reactive, and proactive programs to address these exposures.
- Support Security Management Assurance and Track and communicate on security performance metrics and objective
- Support the department in the implementation, oversight and review of SATS Security Incident Management Programme
- Assist in internal and external security investigations within APAC
- Maintain close liaison with government, industry, security, and intelligence professionals within the APAC markets.
- Provide guidance and support to site operations within APAC ensuring that Group’s Security standards, policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Support SATS Group HSSE Promotion efforts

**Key Requirements** KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Security professional with 3-8 years’ experience in corporate security, aviation security and/or law enforcement within AP.
- Strong background in investigations.
- Ability to identify security issues and customize & implement solutions.
- Proven ability to work in varying situations, from committee work in which a “team player” approach is essential to situations in which considerable independence and self-motivation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to breaking situations. Familiarity and relevant experience with certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 28000, RA3 Cargo certification, TAPA Air Cargo Security standards, CT PAT and ACC3 Cargo certification.
- Fluent English language skills.
