The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Collaborate with a wide range of media partners including demand-side platforms (DSPs) (programmatic), ad networks, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), direct publishers, etc.
- Manage partner relationships, and act as a daily point of contact to onboard, manage and resolve partner queries and issues. This could include campaign performance & optimisation, technical integrations and billings
- Work with internal teams including Planning, Adtech, Creative and Finance teams to ensure deliverables of campaigns and efficiency of processes
- Drive market analysis to explore new partnership opportunities to achieve constant growth
- Have complete ownership of the measurement, creative, and data approach to drive efficient campaign strategies through partners
- Proactively discuss and lead campaign performance decisions within the team and partners to drive cost efficiency
- Manage and deliver high-quality reporting and data tracking for internal/external sharing
- Assist stakeholders with strategic decisions, based on observations of recent market/industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, or other quantitative majors is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in written and spoken English
- Interest in stakeholder management, numbers-driven and analytical work
- Digital marketing experience in planning/buying is an advantage
