For our office in **Singapore,** **we are looking for a **HR Generalist**.** This is a hands-on, operational role helping create, develop and maintain HR practice, philosophy and procedures in the APAC region.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day HR operations to support Aquila's APAC business
- Manage HR information systems data maintenance and administrative duties
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Developing and maintaining APAC HR processes, policies and all employment contract ensuring legal compliance
Support the monthly payroll process with our payroll team and external partner ensuring legal compliance and deadlines
- Participate in the implementation of HR projects/programs within the HR department to improve the employee experience
- Act as the performance improvement driver to influence positive changes in the business environment and culture
- Any other ad hoc tasks or projects assigned

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area
- At least 4 years as HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
- Experience in an international company, startup experience will value add
- Focused on results, ability to manage priorities, good planning and organizational skills and rigor at work
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Excellent aptitude for communication and interpersonal relations with managers and employees of different disciplines and cultures
- Confident handling of MS Office, with preferably advanced MS Excel skills
- Passionate individuals who are looking for a fast-paced, global operations
