**Summary**
We are searching for a highly independent and result orientated Specialist (E1) You will be part of the Distribution team and will be supporting the Revenue Management & Ancillary Revenue teams with all PSS related activities. You will participate in projects and there will be opportunities to present the best solutions for the business ultimately driving the technical strategy, system maturity, and the overall success for revenue generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- The incumbent is expected to support the Revenue Management & Ancillary Revenue teams from a technical front. (eg Upgrade enhancements, setup and configurations)
- Administer the airline’s Passenger Service System(PSS) as well as the contact between airline and PSS provider
- Configure and coordinate UAT for all changes made to the reservations system and any of the linked systems
- Ensure the airline’s PSS is integrated with all business functions and to coordinate the changes in the system with all internal parties - API/eCommerce/IT
- Enhancements
- Provide support in PSS error investigation and advice to business users in the effective use of system
- Develop innovative and efficient technical solutions for distribution of Scoot’s pricing elements within SkyFare/Fare Manager Plus and into Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) worldwide
- Partner with the Revenue Management team to develop and implement their pricing strategies at the technical level within SkyFare/Fare Manager Plus
- Advise and integrate Industry developments in the Distribution Area (ATPCO)
- Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs
- Assess and compile the business requirements for enhancements in the system
- Administer and manage the airline's Ancillary Pricing Optimisation (APO) module
- Provide support in RMS error investigation and advice to business users in the effective use of system
- Address queries and provide solutions.
- Build up and establish New Skies knowledge base
- Work with various stakeholders both internally and externally on projects which involves the channel

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- High adaptability to change
- High acumen for technology
- High analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong innovative output and execution with resource constraints
- Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business/operational acumen
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
- Highly independent, intuitive and autonomous
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Culturally aware and able to form cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
