**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our retail team, specializing in luggage and travel accessories. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving sales, and educating customers about our premium luggage offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer travel needs to recommend suitable luggage solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and warranties.
- Maintain deep knowledge of all luggage brands and models in the store.
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- 2-6 years of retail or sales experience (experience with luggage or travel accessories is an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
