
Account Manager, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in sales and business development, and/or product marketing, digital media, technology sales, agency/publishers.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Urdu fluently to communicate with and serve Urdu speaking customers in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with emerging markets.
- Experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, and in-depth knowledge of digital media and advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, at customer and agency levels.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with mínimal guidance.
- Ability to identify solutions and insights from data and take an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent project management, organization, and analytical skills.

The Large Customer Sales team works closely with local team members to help them build their domestic presence and expand internationally. You will help support the South Asian Frontiers (SAF) market. You will drive initiatives and collaborate with the team, overall.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day account management, and grow a book of business comprising of leading internet companies.
- Contribute quarterly and annually to account and business planning across the team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and propose to customers product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Drive campaigns performance optimization, provide performance updates, and ensure that return on investment meets the expectations of customers.
- Manage ongoing customer training and up-skilling across all Google advertising solutions.
