Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Product and GTM leadership to define the app priorities and sales strategy for Large Customer Sales (LCS) across Southeast Asia. Identify key opportunities to innovate based on needs in the field, influencing product strategy accordingly. Set the Apps product and revenue ambition for the organization in Southeast Asia. Run the product-to-market and market-to-product feedback loop to ensure the team meets the revenue and customer goals. Be an integral player within the LCS organization, leading discussions with customer stakeholders to drive apps business growth. Launch scalable activation programs in the market to drive product adoption. Drive beta tests with emerging products, and recommend ways to test, launch, and learn. Equip sales teams with training, case studies, and insights to drive business growth. Build a high-performing, diverse team that drives exceptional results. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Experience with people management, leading, and developing a sales team. Experience working with App ads or performance advertisers. Preferred qualifications Understanding of Google's products and services. Ability to lead and drive complex operational and strategic initiatives involving cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and executive level influencing. Track record of success in sales or
