
Apps Performance Specialist, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Advertising Sales, Marketing, Consulting, or Media.
- Experience with the App campaigns.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing app advertising campaigns for large, complex clients with proficiency in online measurement, operations, and ad networks.
- Understanding of Google Ads value proposition, social platforms, targeting types and cross-devices capabilities, including the apps space.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently, to communicate with clients who may be from the Vietnam market.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

In this role, you will be an integral player within the Large Customer Sales organization, leading discussions with key clients and internal stakeholders to drive in-quarter and future App business success. You will weave in industry and product insights to drive success for customers.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage new Google clients by presenting mobile app promotion marketing solutions and creating relevant ad campaigns.
- Work within a team that supports mobile apps and educate customers on the opportunities within them, and form cross-functional relationships with other stakeholders to realize advertiser goals.
- Develop strategies that optimize the market potential, and provide excellent client service to potential new customers.
- Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app promo products.
- Identify gaps in the product proposition and work with the associated teams to build interim solutions to plug the gap, while surfacing the opportunity to global product teams.
