Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently to support customers in the Singapore market.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in search engine marketing either in agency, publishers or marketers or in digital advertising sales.
- Experience addressing technical offerings with products and translating them for business and customers
- Experience creating online marketing and advertising strategies for performance focused clients. Knowledge of Google’s Search and Automation products.
- Ability to influence stakeholders using consultative sales skill and work cross-functionally.
- Problem solving and data-driven mindset, with the ability to create strategic programs to drive performance.

As a Search Performance Solutions Specialist, you’ll focus on go-to-market efforts for Search, and you’ll work closely with Regional and Global Product Leads, and Sales across channels and regions. You will work closely with the in-country Sales team to drive product adoption, training, case studies, insights to drive business growth, identify key opportunities to innovate based on needs in the field, influence product strategy, and more.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for leading the Search book of business of specific clients/area in Singapore, from planning and pitching to reporting.
- Develop programs and drive best practices of Search execution through internal and external benchmarking.
- Influence country sales leadership with opportunity sizing and strategic insights to ensure optimal product prioritization and help in defining goals.
- Simplify and package Google Search advertising offering for sales and customers. Serve as a liaison with vertical teams and customers regarding new beta tests and product launches.
- Provide real-time product feedback to regional teams based on customer engagements relevant to market needs.
