**Smart Solutions Specialist**

**Responsibility**:

- Work together with the marketing team to understand customers' needs, create value propositions, and enhance the customer experience with the brand
- Build relationships with customers & close deals
- Measure the performance of sales pitch & consultation and assess them
- Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize action plans and ensure effective communication
- Communicate with external stakeholders to enable project completion
- Identify opportunities from customer and develop feasible action proposals to realize their potential

**Competencies**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales role or interior designer role
- Outgoing, determined & keen to learn
- Team player
- Possess an understanding of value creation
- Practice good time management, organization, and people skill
- Able to establish successful working relationships with a wide range of diverse people, both internal and external to the organization
