
Sales Manager

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company sales goals and expand our customer base in the smart solutions market
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in the smart solutions industry
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Maintain a deep understanding of our smart solutions, including automation, IoT, and connected devices, ensuring the team is well-versed in product offerings and industry innovations
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and support in addressing customer requirements
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to finalize sales contracts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability for the company
- Overseeing the entire process of selling smart home solutions, starting from lead generation and prospecting (identifying potential clients), arranging appointments to discuss services in detail, and ultimately closing the sales dealsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a basic level is a must
- Positive learning attitude
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of smart technologies and the ability to quickly learn new products
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environmentsWillingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
