**Manager, Learner Experience and Future Skills**
- Lead the Learner Experience team in delivering and ensuring a world-class learning experience
- Drive future-readiness in Digital and GRC skilling
- Engage internal & external stakeholders and agencies to achieve synergistic L&D goals
- Provide guidance on curriculum development, where required, for internal Company training programmes and external programmes by the Academy, a part of Corporate Learning Centre

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the Learner Experience Team in delivering the optimum end-to-end learning experience across all touchpoints, including:

- Drive efficient and accurate course nomination and registration process, coordinating with COSE, LPD, and relevant business units on programme roll-out
- Enhance standards in handling of learner communication, such as handling of escalated feedback / requests, or driving learning campaigns
- Oversee readiness of learning systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to resolve escalated issues;
- Leverage on automation, systems and technology to raise learner experience and productivity
- Oversee continued provision and readiness of learning facilities & equipment, managing vendors as required
- Uphold learning policies, quality, and standards for the Corporate Learning Centre, by leveraging learning metrics, data analytics, and post-course learner feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee post-course administration, including invoice approval for payments and/or submission of learner data for training grants
- Guide the Learning Shared Services team in providing administrative and service support to ensure best learner experiences for external trainees or visitors on learning journeys organised by the Academy, a part of the Corporate Learning Centre

2. Guide team in appointing and managing e-learning development vendor and/or content library provider, including:

- Defining business requirements to be met by appointed vendors
Conducting of Request for Proposal (RFP) exercises
- Performing vendor evaluation in partnership with business units and stakeholders
- Awarding the appointed vendor
- Partnering with business units for learning system integration where applicable
- Defining the Scope of Works (SOW), learning outcomes, and storyboard for new e-learning projects, partnering with business units where applicable

3. Guide Course Managers overseeing (i) Organisation-wide Digital Skilling, (ii) Governance, Risk & Compliance Training, and (iii) Human Resources Skilling, to:

- Conduct learning needs analysis with business units
- Research on operating environment and future trends
- Source, curate, and/or develop appropriate learning interventions, working with vendors as required
- Define rollout plan and success metrics in partnership with business units and stakeholders
- Execute rollout of learning intervention(s), including communication with target audience
- Monitor take-up / completion, and refine content based on learning metrics and feedback

4. Guide team in management of Training Expenditure and related Financial matters, including:

- Planning of annual CLC budget with view of business and organization skilling requirements
- Leverage and maximize training recoveries through grants
- Conduct biennial negotiation with company’s subsidiaries on recharge of training costs

5. Identify future trends in learning technologies or methodologies; work with relevant stakeholders to adopt and implement them, in order to achieve an improved learning experience, or improved learning transfer of knowledge and skills.

6. Provide guidance on curriculum design, development and/or delivery for internal Company training programmes and external programmes by the Academy, a part of Corporate Learning Centre

7. Together with internal stakeholders, training schools, subsidiaries, and external agencies, work to achieve synergistic L&D goals and promote learning culture, including driving the group-wide skilling initiatives, and/or holding learning events

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
- Experienced in leading a team
- Comfortable with processes
- Managing Learning Administration / Course Administration
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (knowledge in SuccessFactors LMS is preferred but not mandatory)
- Has Customer Service Mindset, good stakeholder management and planning experience
- Affinity in working with Technology
- Must be a good team player
