- Responsible for implementation, and integration projects.
- Full ownership of project lifecycle (end to end): Planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of projects and programs while considering the constraints of time, cost and scope.
- Assisting the Business Director and Growth Director in drafting project/program proposals (for RFPs, RFIs, pitches, etc.) which includes but not limited to cost estimates, timelines, delivery methodologies, resourcing plans, etc
- Lead and track programme milestones and deliverables through the define programme governance controls.
- Oversee in monitoring and managing institution’s IT portfolio budget, commitment, planned cash-flow expenditure and report actual utilization on a regular basis at Cluster level. Support and work with various teams to ensure compliance with governance, such as authorization process, funding utilization, etc.
- Create and execute a clear strategy for API integrations with banking and insurance partners, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience.
- Advice, support and work with various teams to ensure compliance with IT governance, such as authorization process.
- Maintain strong and effective Risk management and Audit compliance.
- Prepare Management reporting and provide analysis in IT project cost, IT budget and utilization and various financial analysis to clusters and institutions.
- Support and assist programs in project costing, budget, financial analysis, transfer pricing matters and other ad-hoc financial requests.

**Requirements**:
Requirements / Qualifications:

- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Product management experience, with a strong focus on API integrations in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors
- Solid understanding of API technologies, web services, and secure integration practices in financial services.
- Previous exposure to Channels & APIs including internet banking, mobile, API and Host 2 host knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in managing project budgets with good understanding of P&L, Cash Flow forecasting and resource cost management.
- Experience in managing projects of SGD 40 million and above.
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration with at least 5 years related working experience in an IT or financial services industry.
