**ABOUT THE POSITION** Aquient is seeking an experienced Project Manager who confidently leads various customer engagements from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery. This role involves planning, initiating, implementing, and managing project plans to help clients achieve their objectives. The Project Manager oversees communication, manages dynamic delivery teams, and motivates stakeholders throughout projects for efficient completion. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Collaborate with clients to establish realistic timelines - Ensure client satisfaction with the quality of work and service provided by Aquient - Develop and manage Project Plans and Timelines for each project - Create work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports to drive projects efficiently - Manage and delegate tasks to the project team, ensuring timely completion - Understand client businesses and goals, seeking a clear understanding of success metrics - Manage change orders and highlight new opportunities, collaborating with various stakeholders within Aquient - Track utilisation, update burn reports, and manage capacity for efficient team staffing - Review and approve client invoices with accuracy - Provide client assistance through regular project reporting and offering proactive support - Coordinate internal and external meetings and facilitate communication - Provide accurate and timely project engagement forecasts through thorough planning - Managing conflicts with internal and external teams, while seeking suitable resolutions - Act as a translator between Aquient and the client to define and own client requirements - Handle project escalations and ensure client satisfaction - Work with teams to develop best practices for effective people management - Perform other duties, where necessary **LOCATION** **EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE** - University degree or higher - Strong Project Management experience, with demonstrated stakeholder management experience - Demonstrated experience with Agile/Waterfall methodology - Demonstrated experience managing larger delivery teams and multi-vendor/stakeholder environments - Experience in managing public sector clients - PMP and/or CSM Certification - IT consulting and/or marketing consulting experience - Familiarity with Financial Force platform for project reporting - Experience with Jira Project Management Software - Knowledge of Salesforce products and experience managing Salesforce projects **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong analytical skills for research, organization, and information collection - Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required, and work in a multi-vendor/stakeholder environment - Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools - Strong creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills - Meticulous attention to detail and accurate reporting on projects - Ability to successfully manage larger internal teams (> 10 people) and identify team needs **Salary**: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - Project management: 1 year (preferred)
