**About the Department**:
**Responsibilities**:

- To grow our outbound partnership business across the region by participating in engagements and providing valuable inputs to prospective partners.
- To work closely on project management matters with new partners focusing on implementation and roll-out.
- Offer great support post rollout by interfacing our partners, internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve any production (both operational and technical) issues identified and in accordance to agreed service levels.
- Coordinate releases and their associated testing requirements with our partners.
- Work closely with the Platform Team to enhance and expand our partnership product offering and participate in both user acceptance and regression testing.
- Use data insights from our existing partnerships to grow our partnership business.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized university degree with at least 2 years of working experience in a financial institution or a fintech managing a product/platform.
- Familiar with how APIs are used to construct new experiences and solutions within the financial industry.
- Proficient in API testing tools such as SmartBear ReadyAPI / PostMan and project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
- Strong project management and implementation skills.
- Able to communicate professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
