**Designation**:Business Analyst**

**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our software development team.

**Job Duties**:

- Gather and document business requirements by interviewing stakeholders, performing data analysis, and researching industry best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications that development teams can use to build software solutions.
- Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Tests to ensure that end product meets the business requirements.
- Work closely with (internal and external) developers and project managers to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.
- Act as the quality assurance testers to ensure that end product meets the business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of software development projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.
- Any other duties and products as and when assigned by immediate superior.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
