**About Lumen**

**The Role**:
As a Lumen Manager Business Intelligence, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop sustainable reporting solutions to support data-driven decisions. You will lead a team to architect, build, and support a common data and analytics platform integrating new and existing data sources.

**The Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a high-performance team of developers and analysts
- Develop and exemplify core competencies within the team
- Set team and direct report performance management goals, monitor progress, and provide frequent feedback
- Develop, deploy, and oversee business Intelligence tools and data strategies to deliver regular outputs
- Collaborate with global and regional, peers, stakeholders, regional and functional leaders to design and scope requirements to support key KPIs/metrics reporting to track business outcomes
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to assess operational process, develop business rules and financial performance
- Prepare and present briefing materials for consumption for regional and functional leadership
- Support other strategic initiative when required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields with 10+ years of professional work experience
- Prior people management leadership experience including recruitment, on/off-boarding, goal setting, and performance management
- Project Management experience, preferably with Lean or Six Sigma belt certification
- Skills in data analytics and statistical measurement and evaluation
- Demonstrated capacity to focus and deliver on objectives in a dynamic, multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional ability to work effectively in groups with disparate priorities and operational targets
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skill, problem solving and business acumen
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
