**About Lumen**

**The Role**:
SAP FICO Lead will provide support to the Lumen customers in areas of SAP FICO support, change and project matters.

**The Main Responsibilities**:

- In support of SAP ECC6.00 and Conversion of ECC to SAP S4 HANA / S4 HANA upgrade
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related IT matters
- Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems’ technology strategy, standards and processes
- Help Pre-sales activities and document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms and workflow
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) involving cross functional teams
- Collaborates as needed with other SAP support team members, Pre-sales and sales teams on design questions and analysis
- Prior experience in a finance-related role and integration with other SAP modules
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an SAP business analyst
- At least 1 Sap S/4HANA conversion / implementation / upgrade experience
- Desired certifications: SAP, FICO, S/4HANA
- Relevant degree such as Diploma, Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Accounting, Education, Business/Administration
