**Responsibilities**:

- ** Onsite/Remote delivery**: Deliver technical solutions both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of Azure services. Adapt delivery methods to meet customer needs and project requirements.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision-makers and senior executives to drive long-term cloud adoption and advocate for Azure solutions.
- ** Technical Support**: Provide technical support for both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ensure solutions adhere to the Well-Architected Framework.
- ** Innovation and Optimization**: Drive innovation by infusing key technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Platform, and AI services (e.g., Azure ML, Cognitive Services).
- ** Customer Advocacy**: Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights and best practices with the Engineering team to remove key blockers and improve the Azure platform.
- ** Knowledge Sharing**: Maintain technical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitive insights. Collaborate and share expertise with the technical community and educate customers on Azure capabilities.
- ** Evangelism**: Be an Azure Platform evangelist, promoting Azure solutions to customers, partners, and external communities.

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree** in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in **customer-facing IT project delivery**.
- ** 7+ years** of experience in software development/support.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Native solutions, Database and Security.
- Familiarity with **at least one development language **(e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript, vue).
- ** Problem Solving.** Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies **required**

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Master’s degree** in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- ** 12+ years of experience** in cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development/support, Database management or artificial intelligence.
- 6+ years of experience in **customer-facing IT project delivery.**:

- 6+ years of experience **leading technical projects.**:

- Proficiency in **multiple development languages** (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript, vue).
- ** Technical Certification in Cloud** (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, security certifications).

- ** Containers**: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- ** DevOps**: Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.

- ** Cloud Native**: Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and tools.
- ** Serverless**: Experience with serverless computing platforms such as Azure Functions and AWS Lambda.
- ** Low Code**: Knowledge of low-code development platforms like Microsoft PowerApps.
- ***Preferred Skills**:

- ** AI**: Proficiency in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, natural language processing, and large language model.
