Looking for a Microsoft Azure Expert in Data, who will deliver consulting/design services in this field.

**What you will do**:

- Act as a trusted advisor for our clients by designing and building analytics cloud solutions to enable better outcomes
- Deliver architectures for transformation and modernization of enterprise data solutions using Azure cloud data technologies
- Analyze current business practices, processes, and procedures as well as identify relevant Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services
- Support the use of data-driven insights to help our clients achieve outcomes and goals whilst respecting security requirements
- Design and build data pipelines, data streams, reports, information dashboards, data services APIs, data generators and other data-relevant services
- Work across client stakeholders to gather solution requirements and propose architecture decisions
- During implementation collect, aggregate, and analyze structured/unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources
- Have a sound understanding of consumption cost drivers in Azure cloud-based solutions
- Develop and maintain data warehouse schematics, layouts, architectures and relational/non-relational databases for data access and Advanced Analytics
- Be a critical part of the data supply chain, ensuring that stakeholders can access and manipulate data for routine and ad hoc analysis to drive business outcomes using Advanced Analytics

**What you will need for the role**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience with large-scale data and analytics solutions
- Experience in working with Synapse is mandatory.
- Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloguing, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows
- Experience with different database technologies (e.g., SQL database(s), NoSQL such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
- Experience with exposing data to end-users via Power BI, Azure API Apps.
- Knowledge of Azure Data & Analytics PaaS Services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure IoT, Azure HDInsight + Spark, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics and Azure SQL DB
- Knowledge of Lambda and Kappa architecture patterns and Mastery of SQL
- Experience in turning business use cases and requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in business processing mapping of data and analytics solutions
- Experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
- Experience driving knowledge transfer and/or training programs
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies, proof of concepts and prototyping
- Experience with Azure ARM templates, PowerShell and CI/CD using Azure DevOps

**Good to have Skills**:

- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools
- Experience in managing teams, being a technical coach
- Experience with preparing data for Data Science and Machine Learning purposes
- Experience with Azure data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions

**At least one of the below certifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
