Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Understand Business Needs: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance - Design Solutions: Develop comprehensive that address productivity challenges and enhance digital worker experience.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency - Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms - Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success - Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and solution specifications - Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the banking and financial sector

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on productivity solutions and digital workforce in the banking industry - Technical Skills:

- Microsoft M365: Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Azure Cloud Services: Proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Telephony and Telecommunication: Experience with telephony systems and telecommunication technologies, ensuring robust communication solutions.
- Endpoint Design and Management: Strong knowledge of endpoint design, management, and security, including mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection platforms.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows 11 and similar platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as M365 Certifications, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
