Role Summary **What you'll get to do**: - Lead APAC facilities team to provide outstanding support to all offices across region. - Run the APAC team with clear roles and responsibilities combined with clear development plans to grow the team through career and skill building. - Work with the global Workplace team in leading the APAC portfolio inclusive of leased offices, services offices and co-sharing offices inclusive of leases, build outs, moves, teardowns. - Manage overarching processes for facilities operations and maintenance for Splunk offices throughout the APAC region, ensuring offices are maintained properly. - Provide manager with critical guidance to assist with real estate strategy across APAC region - Assist with site surveys and location selection for new offices and provide assistance with office fit-out projects - Manage APAC facilities budget and assist with budget forecasting. - Coordinate regional vendor selection and qualification process in order to stay in sync with Splunk procurement policies. - Ensure the needs of our APAC region customers are met through space for customer visits, EBCs, and the Splunk Immersive Experience. **Must-have Qualifications**: - 10+ years relative experience - Comfortable in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment - Previous experience managing remotely located employees - Great interpersonal skills with outstanding communications skills with leadership, team and peer groups. - Knowledge and sensitivity to the many cultural norms of the region - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably Business Administration or related area of study Splunk is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Splunk, we believe creating a culture of belonging isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also the smart thing.
