**Who Are We** Founded in 2012, XM Studios is a Singapore-based global design studio specialising in the creation of hand-crafted luxury collectibles. XM Studios is recognised annually by various international industry bodies as one of the best design houses in pop culture collectibles, having scooped up numerous awards from community-led events such as the Statue Forum Awards. XM Studios was the winner of Singapore's Emerging Enterprise Award in 2018, and was previously awarded a prestigious "Mickey" award by Disney for Product of the Year. Current intellectual property licenses include Disney (Marvel, Mickey & Friends), Warner Bros. Consumer Products (DC Comics: Batman, DC Comics: Justice League, Looney Tunes, Harry Potter, Tom and Jerry, Scooby-Doo, The Great Gatsby), Hasbro (G1 Transformers, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons), Godzilla, Ultraman, Sanrio and more. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head, Sales & Distribution to manage the business operations and identify business opportunities to foster growth of the business. **Key Responsibilities**: - Drive business development initiatives to identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, strategic partnerships, and collaborations within the collectible industry on both traditional and e-platform, resulting in increased market share and revenue growth. - Manage contract negotiations, draft agreements, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners, ensuring favourable terms and protecting the company's interests. - Obtain alignment and provide support to different functional areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product launches, business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive operational excellence - Oversee licensing opportunities, conduct due diligence, negotiate licensing agreements, and actively protect the company's intellectual property rights, ensuring compliance and maximizing revenue potential. - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop risk management strategies, and implement controls across respective business operations, minimizing potential risks and safeguarding the company's interests. - Ensure Accounts Receivables are managed actively and work closely with Finance and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth sales operation process to optimise customer satisfaction. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at managerial level - Experience in managing distribution networks, distributors and key accounts - Degree Holder in Business Administration or relevant field
