**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Digital Ads Manager (Permanent Part-Time) to join our team. As a Digital Ads Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our marketing goals. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

**Responsibility**:

- Create and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise ad copy to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Manage ad budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance to the marketing team and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with digital advertising tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint and other relevant advertising platforms are a plus.

**Other Information**:

- Location: Kallang (MRT Bendemeer)
- Minimum 24 hours a week
- Suitable for individual or parents who is looking for flexible working hours
- Specific working hours can be discussed during the interview process.
