We're Hiring Xiaomi Ads - Senior Client Partner

With over 718 million global monthly active users, Xiaomi's International Internet Business (IIB) is one of its fastest-growing divisions, driving innovation through digital advertising and global monetization strategies.
We're looking for a Senior Client Partner to lead and grow partnerships with our most strategic global advertisers — particularly mobile-first brands in gaming, e-commerce, fintech, and entertainment. This role combines strategic account leadership, business growth, and data-driven marketing strategy across Xiaomi's global media ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead Strategic Accounts. Own and expand a portfolio of global advertisers, serving as the primary HQ contact for long-term partnership planning and growth strategy.
- Design Growth Solutions. Develop acquisition and engagement plans using Xiaomi's OEM ecosystem, including preloads, Xiaomi Ads, and media placements.
- Drive Commercial Success. Achieve revenue growth through upselling and global market expansion while ensuring campaign performance (ROAS, retention, CPE).
- Engage Executives. Build trusted relationships with client HQ leaders, positioning Xiaomi Ads as a key global growth partner.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Work with internal teams across product, operations, and local markets to deliver results and sustain account momentum.
What We're Looking For
- Experience 6–10 years in digital advertising or mobile growth, managing global or regional strategic accounts (preferably top-tier app advertisers).
- Industry Knowledge. Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI). Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms.
- Client Leadership. Skilled in managing complex relationships, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.
- Execution & Collaboration. Capable of navigating matrixed organizations and cross-regional operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AdTech / OEM advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, AppLovin, Unity Ads, etc.)
- Background in performance-driven verticals gaming, fintech, social, or entertainment
- Understanding of global markets (Europe, MENA, LATAM, SEA)
- Fluent in English; multilingual (Mandarin, Spanish, or French) is a plus
